First Year Writing and What it consists of…
This course helps Northeastern students build their writing skills through collaboration and creative challenges. Students write for different audiences and in multiple forms, from movie analyses to restaurant reviews, gaining exposure to varied perspectives and strengthening their academic writing. The class also emphasizes that writing is a process, encouraging multiple drafts, peer feedback, and seeing one’s work from new angles.
